  Horribly disappointing. Called for carryout and they said it would be an hour. Arrived a few minutes after the hour had passed to pick up. It was packed which was not the problem. The problem is that I paid for my pizza and was told it was still in the oven. So I waited. And I waited... I waited another 25 minutes before I went up and asked when my order was going to be ready or rather what the hold up was. The hostess sighed and rolled her eyes turned around and pulled the pizzas from the top of the oven. The pizza had been ready the whole time I had paid for and the wait!!!
  
  Got home and the pizza was okay. I would say the dough is okay, but it is in no way close to a "New York style" pizza that they advertise or rather proclaim. My wife had roasted garlic on her pizza and it was horrible. Almost a stale taste to it and it was really rubbery. Disgusting. The house smelled so bad from the gralic the rest of the night.
  
  It will not be a repeat order for us. Also, this is not a New York style pizza that they claim to create. I have yet to find a place here in the Cleveland area that does have a new York style pizza.
